2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for Carbon Steel Pipe Length Customization

2.1 Custom MOQ for conventional standard specifications
For regular outer diameters (15mm–500mm) and wall thicknesses of carbon steel pipes with customized lengths within 8m, the minimum order quantity is 1 ton. This applies to most conventional seamless and welded carbon steel pipes for construction and fluid transmission.
2.2 Custom MOQ for special specifications and ultra-long sizes
For ultra-long customized pipes (above 12m) and special thick-wall, large-diameter carbon steel pipes, the production process and cutting costs increase accordingly, with a minimum order quantity of 3–5 tons. It is applicable to conventional specifications with common customized lengths, with no additional production processes, ensuring fast delivery while meeting dimensional requirements.
3.2 Conventional length customization (full production)
For non-stock carbon steel pipes requiring integrated customized production (1m–12m conventional special lengths), the delivery time is 15–20 working days after order confirmation and payment. The cycle covers raw material preparation, fixed-length rolling, cutting, finishing, quality inspection and packaging.
3.3 Ultra-long and special length customization
For ultra-long customized pipes above 12m and special-sized carbon steel pipes with strict tolerance requirements, the production process is more complex, with a delivery cycle of 25–30 working days. Special surface treatments such as anticorrosive coating (3PE, 2PE) and end finishing will not extend the basic customization cycle.

First, customized length carbon steel pipes are non-standard products, which are produced according to customer drawings and dimensional requirements, and do not support random return and exchange after production completion.
