On May 15, Tisco’s X65 and X70 grade sulfur-resistant carbon steel pipes successfully passed the annual qualification review of Saudi Aramco, maintaining its status as a long-term qualified supplier.
The review strictly inspected dual corrosion resistance against H₂S and CO₂, pressure bearing capacity and temperature resistance. All products fully meet the operating standards of Middle East oil and gas fields, and are suitable for oil and gas gathering and long-distance transmission pipelines, stably adapting to local high temperature and highly corrosive working conditions.
Fewer than 5 domestic steel enterprises have obtained official Saudi Aramco certification for carbon steel pipes. With valid certification, Tisco is eligible to bid for over 80% of new and renovated oil & gas pipeline projects in Saudi Arabia and the UAE directly, cutting overseas business approval efficiency by more than 60%. It will further expand its market share of high-grade anti-corrosion carbon steel pipes across the Gulf region.
