Our S13-M.RL and S11-M.RL series fully sealed three-phase three-dimensional wound core transformers differ from traditional planar wound core transformers. Their cores are composed of three identical single frames assembled in a three-dimensional triangular structure. Each single frame is continuously wound from high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel strip, with the strip width cut in straight or curved lines by a CNC cutting machine. The high and low voltage coils are wound directly onto the paper tube of the core column using a dedicated winding machine, resulting in a robust and compact overall structure.
Product features:
The three-phase, three-limb, three-dimensional symmetrical structure boasts the most balanced three-phase magnetic circuit. Its magnetic circuits are perfectly symmetrical, shortest, and equal in length, resulting in completely balanced three-phase no-load currents and eliminating third harmonics, thus ensuring the quality of the power supply waveform. Due to the superior material of the wound core and its winding characteristics, not only is the no-load loss low, but the no-load current and noise are also significantly reduced.
The transformer body is a three-dimensional triangular prism shape, with tie rods on all four sides and in the center. It is integrated with the upper and lower yoke insulation and laminated wooden blocks, effectively resisting axial and radial mechanical stresses during sudden short circuits.
The structure is compact, occupies a small area, saves installation space, and facilitates installation and maintenance.
